Giacca Ventile Shell Uomo

Rain went sideways on the ridge and this shell just shrugged it off, the ventile fabric beading up like a duck's back. I stayed dry underneath for a solid three hours of steady drizzle, which is more than my old softshell ever managed.

Took it out in a proper downpour and stayed completely dry underneath — the weave is tight enough that water just beads up and rolls off. It’s cut roomy enough to layer a midlayer under without feeling bulky, which is exactly what I needed for cold, wet hikes.

The fabric feels noticeably dense yet breathable, which I appreciate on brisk autumn hikes. It’s become my go-to layer for windy ridgelines, and the cut gives enough room for a midlayer underneath without feeling bulky.
