My husky shakes himself dry in about two minutes flat, but with this coat he stays mostly dry for the whole car ride home. The large body coverage actually reaches his belly and thighs, not just the back like other ones I've tried. It soaks up the wetness so I don't have to towel-dry him again.
Took it straight from the car to the house after a rainy park run, and the big coverage panels caught everything — not a single drip on my floorboards. My lab was dry enough to snuggle on the couch in about ten minutes, which honestly shocked me.
It does exactly what it says—soaks up the rain after our walks and leaves the couch dry, though the velcro around the chest could be a bit easier to line up on a wiggly pup. Large coverage means I don't have to towel-dry his back half anymore, which is a win.
